- No Resolution, No Charge: If FastFlightHelp is unable to resolve your issue, you pay nothing — guaranteed.
- Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund promptly.
- Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
- No Refunds After Success: Once your issue is successfully resolved and you are satisfied, the $25 service fee is non-refundable.
