  • Service Fee: FastFlightHelp charges a flat $25 service fee per issue resolved.
  • Payment: Payment is required only after successful resolution and your satisfaction. No upfront charges.
  • Independence: We are a third-party assistance service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline.
  • Outcomes Depend on Airlines: All resolutions (refunds, changes, etc.) depend on each airline’s policies, availability, and approval.
  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate booking details (e.g., confirmation number, name on ticket) for proper assistance.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee airline-provided refunds, compensations, rebookings, or any specific outcome — final approval is always subject to the airline.
  • Misuse: Misuse, fraud, or providing false information may result in immediate service cancellation without refund of any fees.
  • Privacy & Data: We treat your personal and booking information as strictly confidential and use it only to assist with your issue.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
  • Limitation of Liability: FastFlightHelp is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses related to airline decisions or travel disruptions.
